Cold Fighting Tonics and Sustagen Blessings

I've been nursing a cold the past couple of days, so my blogging routine has been compromised. I'll go back to my usual activity as soon as I've dispatched of this bug. In the meantime, I'm guzzling apple cider vinegar tonic and lemon and honey water tonic to combat the little buggers. They do help a lot. I just wish I could get some nice proper rest, you know. Like some uninterrupted nighttime sleep would be just the ticket.

Also I received a package from Sustagen (a nutritional supplement beverage brand from Mead Johnson) for posting Earth Hour pictures way back in April. They actually advised me that a package would be coming, but when it didn't, I thought nothing more of it. A month after that correspondence, we moved from our old apartment to where we are now. I'd already totally forgotten all about it when I received a message asking if we'd moved because the courier was told that somebody else lived in the address I had indicated. So, the long and short of it is that I finally got my package last Saturday. I'm always thrilled by freebies, especially if they were unexpected, so I thank God for the following blessing (2 cartons of Sustagen, plus a new reusable shopping bag):

Hope your cold goes away soon! I sure miss receiving free stuff in the mail. Used to get free samples in the mail back in the States all the time.

@Sharkbytes: Thanks :)

@Dave: Thanks, and you're right. I also wish we were more into coupons here, lol

@Mona: Oh I know it reeks, but for its association, I don't mind it at all. Thanks!

@Lalab: Me too! Glad yours didn't push through. Mine would have gone away sooner if only I got some proper rest.
