Gifts a Wonderful Man Deserves

Could I just take the time to thank my husband for being the adorable man that he is? I could think of amazing gift ideas, all of which he deserves. He's just this wonderful person. If I seem to whine nonstop (because apparently some people never grow out of it) about the smallest upset or discomfort, he’s the exact opposite. He’s really pretty stoic about disappointment, stress, unpleasant situations… I don’t think I have even ever heard him complain about an uncomfortable setup (while, of course, I’m the one who’s bemoaning everything from the too narrow bed, too lumpy pillow, the weird smell, that unknown element that is making me sneeze my head off…). He’s not one to dwell on the negative. In fact, the first thing I noticed about him when we first started going out is how he never had anything bad to say about people (which at that time, I found simultaneously admirable and, well, dull - those were my wicked days, hee). And now, he works so hard for us (being the lone breadwinner in a family where the only other adult declared that she wanted to stay home) that I just want to get gifts for him which he will absolutely love. I know he’d love some great adventure experience, especially since most of our trips have been pretty tame toddler-friendly events. Even when it’s just the two of us, I’m not exactly the adrenaline junkie, so it’s still really tame. I’d agree to hot air ballooning rides though. That’s always been something I wanted to try. In any case, it’s a gift for him, so why do I have to be in the picture?
