'Round the Academic Oval We Go

Another post? I must have time on my hands! Anyway, I'm just sharing pics yet again. Here are two really dark, blurry, gritty and kinda creepy (those shadows are actual people and objects, not sinister spirits/creatures -- and my daughter has normal dark brown eyes, not white) taken with my phone... We went back to my alma mater and went for a spin around the academic oval - well, Marguerite on her bike, Cameron in the stroller, Mark and myself on foot -- I used to take long walks as a student on UP streets, most often around the oval. I regularly walked friends over to their far-off colleges, thanks to a 3-hour vacant period on account of the last PI 100 (Rizal) class available to me being at 5:30. Anyway, see how we treat that stroller like a pack mule? We were supposed to sit down somewhere for a picnic, but decided we'd rather just walk and bike. These picnics in the dark, they're never intentional. We always just start out late and then it's dark by the time we settle down on a picnic spot.

And more pics of Cameron in his turtle costume (taken by my cousin, their Tita Patch).

'heard the "fluffy" turtle and the golden mermaid earned themselves more admirers at the mall.:)

Wish I could have some time for such walks these days. I also miss UP and the walking around instead of writing the ikot jeep.

@Joan: It is. I feel very blessed to have attended that university. :)

@Chin chin: Ah, these walks are very rare indeed. Hoping they could be more regular. :)
