Inching My Way Back

I'll do it gradually, but I believe I'm ready to return to active blogging. I still can't sit in front of a computer for long periods of time (which might actually be a good thing), but I'm feeling much better and my nose has begun to lose its superhuman powers (I can no longer smell what they're cooking two streets over). I think I better start with a review for Booksneeze, since I'm way overdue (got the book in January, I think). Of course, first I have to read the thing.
That's it for now. I leave you with some of Marguerite's recent vocab misses:
"It's cold! I'm chivering!" (shivering)
"This is gusting!" (disgusting)
"I speak Portu-peas and Pagalog." (Portuguese/Tagalog)

Mama Mia said... poor thing. I know it's hard...I've been pregnant once, and really eats up your strength and energy levels. So it's pretty understandable if you're not able to go online and update your blog. Your readers will understand. What's more important is that you rest and take care of yourself and the baby inside you. Godspeed!

Welcome back sis. Ganyan na ganyan ako when I conceived for my daughter, the smell of garlic from neighbors was making me nauseous and gag..

Well, I sure can't speak either of those, but SIL Loretta does Portuguese... Actually, if I tried, it might be more like Portu- pease! Nice to hear from you.

@Mama Mia: Thank you. I really indulged the first trimester this time. I couldn't with my first since I was still working then. :)

@Rose: Thanks! I knew many moms out there would be able to relate, lol.

@Sharkbytes: Glad to be back! Maybe you and Midge will understand each other, lol
